By accessing or using the Orbit Reef website at orbit-reef.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
• Use automated systems to access the website without permission
• Transmit any harmful code or material through the website
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect personal information about other users

Vehicle Hire Terms

The following terms apply to all vehicle hire bookings made through Orbit Reef:

Eligibility

• You must be at least 25 years of age to hire a vehicle
• You must hold a full, valid UK or international driving licence
• Your licence must have been held for a minimum of 3 years
• Your licence must not have more than 6 penalty points
• Additional age restrictions may apply to prestige and sports vehicles

Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate
• A security deposit may be required for certain vehicle categories
• Payment is due upon vehicle collection unless otherwise agreed
• Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly as per the account agreement

Cancellation

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking start time incur no charge
• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to one day's hire charge
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances

Vehicle Use

• Vehicles must only be driven by the named hirer or approved additional drivers
• Vehicles must not be used for racing, track days, or competitive events
• Vehicles must not be taken outside the United Kingdom without prior written consent
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles
• Pets are not permitted unless by prior arrangement

Insurance

All vehicles include comprehensive insurance as standard. This includes:

• Third-party liability
• Fire and theft protection
• Accidental damage (subject to excess)
• Breakdown assistance

The standard excess varies by vehicle category. Excess waiver options may be available.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Failure to return the vehicle with a full tank will result in a refuelling charge at prevailing fuel prices plus an administration fee.

Mileage

Daily and short-term hires include mileage allowances as specified at the time of booking. Additional mileage is charged at the rate specified in your booking confirmation.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Orbit Reef or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbit Reef shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orbit Reef, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
